أمسيّة ترتيل وتخريج طلاب برامج "التعلّم عن بُعْد"
بمناسبة عيد القدّيس يوحنّا الدمشقيّ
برعاية صاحب الغبطة البطريرك يوحنا العاشر الكلي الطوبى والجزيل الاحترام، بطريرك أنطاكية وسائر المشرق، أقيمت أمسية ترتيل لجوقة معهد القدّيس يوحنّا الدمشقيّ اللاهوتيّ في جامعة البلمند في القاعة الأثريّة الكبرى في دير سيّدة البلمند البطريركيّ، مساء يوم الجمعة الواقع فيه 30 من شهر تشرين الثاني لعام 2018. تقدّم الحضور قدس الأرشمندريت يعقوب الخوري المنتخب متروبوليتاً على أبرشيّة الأرجنتين، قدس الأرشمندريت رومانوس الحناة، رئيس دير سيّدة البلمند البطريركيّ، وقدس المتقدّم في الكهنة الأب بورفيريوس جرجي، عميد معهد اللاهوت، وعدد من الكهنة والمؤمنين.
قدّمت الجوقة باقة من تراتيل عيد القدّيس يوحنّا الدمشقيّ وتراتيل ميلاديّة متنوّعة. وألقى قدس الأب العميد كلمة ترحيبيّة نقل فيها بركة صاحب الغبطة البطريرك يوحنّا العاشر وأدعيته.
تخلّل الأمسية تخريج دفعة جديدة من طلّاب برامج "التعلم عن بُعْد"، وهي:
برنامج "KALIMA" للتنشئة اللاهوتيّة، باللغة العربيّة.
برنامج "SOFIA" للتنشئة اللاهوتية، باللغة الإسبانيّة.
برنامج "CBB" حلقات البلمند الكتابيّة، باللغة الإسبانيّة.
وفي الختام ، تقدّم الأب العميد بأحرّ التهاني للخرّيجين متمنياً لهم المزيد من التقدّم والنجاح.
Byzantine Music Festival and Graduation of Online Programs
Under the high patronage of His Beatitude JOHN X, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, a Byzantine Music Festival and a graduation ceremony for the Online Programs were held in the Great Hall of Our Lady of Balamand Patriarchal Monastery, on Friday, November 30, 2018. This event was held in the occasion of the patronal feast of the St. John of Damascus Institute of Theology at the University of Balamand. Present were Archimandrite Jack El-Khoury, elected Metropolitan of Buenos Aires and all Argentine, Archimandrite Romanos Al-Hannat, Abbot of Our Lady of Balamand Patriarchal Monastery, Fr. Porphyrios Georgi, Dean of the Institute of Theology, clergy and faithful. The choir chanted Hymns from the liturgical service of the feasts of St. John the Damascene and Holy Nativity. Fr. Porphyrios Georgi, gave the welcoming address, and relayed the blessing and warmest greetings of His Beatitude, Patriarch JOHN X.
The graduation ceremony for the Online Programs followed. The online programs are: Kalima for theological education in Arabic, and SOFIA for theological education in Spanish, and CBB for Biblical Studies in Spanish as well.
At the end, Fr. Porphyrios presented his warmest congratulations to the graduates, and wished them prosperity and success.
