صاحب الغبطة البطريرك يوحنا العاشر يلتقي طلاّب معهد اللاهوت في البلمند
يوم الاثنين الواقع فيه 9 آذار سنة 2020، بعد إقامة صلاة النوم الكبرى في دير سيّدة البلمند، اجتمع صاحب الغبطة يوحنا العاشر بطريرك أنطاكيا وسائر المشرق بأسرة معهد القديس يوحنّا الدمشقيّ اللاهوتيّ في لقاء أبويّ.
حضر اللقاء كلّ من سيادة الأسقف قيس صادق، ورئيس دير سيّدة البلمند قدس الأرشمندريت رومانوس الحنّاة، وعميد معهد اللاهوت في البلمند قدس المتقدم في الكهنة الأب بورفيريوس جرجي، والمسؤول الداخليّ للطلاّب قدس الأرشمندريت مكسيم جمل، وسائر الطلاّب في المعهد. وتناول صاحب الغبطة الحديث مُعربًا عن أهمّية الثبات والتجذر في المسيح يسوع، كما شدّد على ضرورة المحبة والتعاون وعيش الكنيسة الواحدة من خلال التعاضد الأخويّ.
His Beatitude, Patriarch John X, Meets the Students of the Institute of Theology in Balamand
On Monday, March 9, 2020, following the service of Great Compline in the Monastery of Our Lady of Balamand, His Beatitude John X, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East had a paternal meeting with the family of the Saint John of Damascus Institute of Theology.
The meeting was attended by His Grace Bishop Qais Sadiq, the Reverend Archimandrite Romanos Hannat, Abbot of the Monastery of Our Lady of Balamand, the Reverend Protopresbyter Porfirios Georgi, Dean of the Institute of Theology in Balamand, and the Reverend Archimandrite Maxim Jamal, responsible of the internal affairs at the Institute, as well as all the students of theology. His Beatitude delivered a speech on the importance of being steadfast and rooted in Christ Jesus; he stressed the necessity of love, cooperation and living unity within the Church through fraternal solidarity.
